Mr. Charles Tupper Purcell, Co-Founder of CT Purcell Inc., has a wealth of experience in site management and preparation, having served in the Central Virginia area for over 25 years. He is a native of Richmond, Virginia, and attended Virginia Polytechnic and State University.
Mr. Purcell is responsible for new business acquisition, bidding, managing projects, client relationships, and operating equipment on work sites.

Mr. Purcell is a Responsible Land Disturber Certificate Holder and is a Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy Certified Mine Surface Foreman. He has completed OSHA 10 and is certified in First Aid/CPR, VDOT flagging, Laser Awareness, lock out/ tag out, and Trench and Excavation Competent Person Training (29 CFR 1926 Subpart P Standard).
