Mr. Dillard is a Project Manager for C.T. Purcell, Inc. He joined the company in September 2005 to manage the daily job site work activities. Throughout his nearly two decades with the company, Mr. Dillard currently fills several roles for the company including initial contract reviews, project permit procurement, submittal preparation, maintenance of project artifacts, processing of fieldwork change orders, equipment fleet service management, and supporting Executive Leadership. Mr. Dillard has also served as the company Safety Manager when needed.
Mr. Dillard holds a Project Management Professional certification, a 30-hour OSHA General Industry and Construction Course certification, DMME Surface Foreman Certification, General Mineral Miner Certification, and a Responsible Land Disturber Certificate.
Mr. Dillard is a Richmond native and attended St. Christopher’s School for ten years and graduated from Collegiate School in 1994. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1998.
