Construction of $384 million outpatient building by VCU Health that consolidates 26 outpatient specialties under one roof, including the majority of VCU Massey Cancer Center outpatient cancer care and wrap-around services.

CT Purcell Scope:

• Mass excavation to remove, haul, and dispose of over 86,000 cubic yards of excavated material. Multiple large excavators collected and moved material to a large stockpile inside the excavation where an excavator sat on the surface and loaded over 10,000 dump trucks.
• Installation and grading of stone base at bottom of excavation
• Installation sanitary and storm sewer
• Concrete hardscape installation
• Asphalt paving of site and restorative paving of 11th & Leigh Streets
